Co-Founder & Managing Partner
With over 20 years of experience in light industrial and clerical staffing, Christina De La Torre co-founded Guidex Group to deliver fast, reliable workforce solutions grounded in integrity, operational excellence, and a people-first philosophy. She has led high-volume staffing operations across California, supporting manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, and office environments with strategies that strengthen hiring, reduce turnover, and improve workplace safety.
Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Communications from California State University, Fullerton, with an emphasis in Operational Leadership. Her academic background, combined with decades of hands-on leadership experience, drives her commitment to clear communication, strong partnerships, and efficient, compliant operations. She is also the co-founder of the John “Popp” Clark Heart Foundation, which supports music and the arts—a reflection of her passion for creativity and community impact.
At Guidex Group, Christina oversees company strategy, operational development, and client partnerships, ensuring the organization remains adaptable, service-driven, and focused on delivering exceptional results. Her leadership approach is guided by three principles: move with urgency, communicate with clarity, and always put people first.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner
With nearly 20 years of experience in light industrial and clerical staffing, Mayra Alvarez serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Guidex Group, bringing deep operational expertise and a people-centered leadership style that shapes the company’s culture and service model. She has spent her career leading high-volume staffing programs across California, developing strong client relationships and building workforce solutions that support manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, and office operations.
Mayra holds a degree in Social and Behavioral Science, which strengthens her understanding of workforce behavior, communication, and team dynamics. This academic foundation enhances her effectiveness in employee relations, conflict resolution, recruiter development, and the creation of safe, productive workplace environments. Known for her reliability and hands-on approach, she excels in managing recruiting teams, compliance programs, onboarding processes, safety initiatives, and large-scale hiring launches.
